Well I said myself I was gonna do it and well I guess I did do it! XD Yep I decided by the end of the summer I was gonna do some digital art on my Wacom Tablet that I've had for about 3 years ha ha! XD

Well I was chatting with one of my newly found friends :iconexdevlin: who said she had been up to some pie making recently. So I just grabed up a post-stick note and make a sweet looking little doodle of Dev in a cute pie baking situation.

Well after showing it to Dev who thought it was really sweet I made the decision of making it a full pic but to challenge myself I decided it would be done on my tablet!

Well after about a week of on and off work I finally finished it and I'm very pleased with the results for my first ever full digital picture! I wanted to keep it sketchy as I wanted to capture some of the essense of the doodle in the full picture. ^^

Thanks so much for doing this, it's adorable! I almost wanna draw a bakery for this..

The only thing I really have to comment on is that this isn't really a cel-shaded style of coloring, nor is it really a softer airbrushed look. It's sort of an odd in-between. I'm sure you'll find a more defined style once you start doing more digital art/coloring though!
